Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage daily production and assembly of robotic systems
- Ensure production meets quality, cost, and delivery targets
- Supervise technicians and ensure safety on the shop floor
- Work with engineering and supply chain teams to solve issues
- Track inventory and make sure materials are available on time
- Maintain production documentation like SOPs and checklists
- Monitor and improve production processes for better efficiency
- Coordinate with vendors for outsourced parts or services
- Ensure systems are tested and ready for customer deployment
- Share regular updates with leadership on production progress
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of mechanical/electromechanical assembly processes
- Hands-on experience in managing production or shop floor operations
- Ability to read and understand assembly drawings and technical documents
- Familiarity with tools, fixtures, and testing setups used in hardware production
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles
- Good understanding of quality checks and safety procedures
- Strong team management and coordination skills
- Experience with SAP for production planning and inventory tracking
Good to Have:
- Experience in robotics, warehouse automation, or electromechanical systems
- Exposure to setting up or scaling production lines from scratch
Eligible Candidates:
- Desired Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering field
- Work Experience: 8-12 Years of experience
