Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure product quality.
- Analyse production data and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.
- Support the design and procurement of new tools, fixtures, and equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for manufacturing issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Support new product introductions (NPI) and process validation.
- Work with sourcing team to develop test setup at vendor’s end
- Good understanding of PLM and Drawings
- Good understanding of BOM and able to create production BOM using engineering BOM
- Understanding of ECR/ECN process
- Basic understanding of ERP

Eligible Candidates:
- Desired Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Work Experience: 5+years of experience
