Roles & Responsibilities:
Retrieve and analyze system logs.
Assist in root cause analysis (RCA).
Support customer calls and issue resolution.
Contribute to the development of Grafana dashboards.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Experience in RoboCon, Baja, or similar competitions.
Strong logical reasoning skills.
Effective communication abilities.
Good to Have:
Basic programming skills (Python, SQL)
Experience with Grafana or dashboarding tools
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
Eligible Candidates:
Desired Qualification: Electronics Engineering or any equivalent degree
Work Experience: 0-6 months
