Roles & Responsibilities:
- Making PR for request received from internal stakeholders
- Making PO for PR created for R&D, IT, Marketing, site ops and other team
- Getting vendor registration documents from new supplier and register them in system
- Placing order to supplier for electronics items includes import and domestic supplier.
- Order acknowledgement and ensure timely delivery of materials at Unbox Robotics
- Resolution of any issues during the GRN or receipt of materials in SAP.
- Coordinating with finance team for timely payment to supplier
- Taking care of rejected material working with a supplier quality team.
- Ordering electronics parts like PCBA, Harness assembly, camera, Battery, Electronic components other bought out items
- Working with logistics team to get shipments from import supplier and provide required documents
Requirements:
- Good communication skill
- Knowledge of MS excel
- Excellent knowledge of ordering electronics components preferably harness and PCB assembly
Good to Have:
- Knowledge about electronics component procurement like PCBA, harness, etc.
- Experience in procurement of Electronic items in OEM
Eligible Candidates:
- Desired Qualification: B.E. degree in Electronics
- Work Experience: 2-4 Years
