Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage Sales Function
  • Building long term relations with Clients/Customer across Globe
  • Work with the product, technology, operations, and business teams to make sure customers’ needs are addressed on a priority.
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
  • Revenue growth in multiples year on year
  • Identify and engage with new customers across the globe
  • Identify and engage with channel partners internationally to increase the customer pipeline
  • Develop the company’s overall sales strategy
  • Develop sales forecasts
  • Pre-Sales Strategy
  • Understand and have some involvement in Solution Development
  • Market Analysis
  • Pricing Models across different segments and geographies
  • Marketing initiatives and budget planning


Requirements:


  • 10-15 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a start-up environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented. Take the initiative to get things done when there is an opportunity for improvement.
  • Good analytical skills and effective stakeholder management.
  • Excellent B2B sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
  • Previous experience in the Robotics/Logistics field


Good to Have:


  • Experience of scaling new market entrants in the sphere of sales
  • An immense network across the globe in the logistics space.


Eligible Candidates:


  • Desired Qualification: B. Tech in Computer Science/Robotics/Mechatronics or a related field. and PG: MBA/PGDM in International Business, Marketing
  • Work Experience:  10-15 years
