Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordination with consultants, customers, contractors and site team.
  • Responsible for technical liaison and compliance 
  • Responsible for executing daily stand ups across all ops functions
  • Responsible for Issue management as an Admin
  • Organise and lead all internal and external team members and deliverables to meet established schedules and budgets for projects.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain with scopes, schedule, and defined budgets. 
  • Facilitate and capture requirements, including creation of use cases and functional and non-functional requirements, meticulous planning for flawless execution of projects
  • Manage project documentation 
  • Develop and maintain project performance databases that track overall progress and the accomplishments of specific milestones.
  • Track business and technical deliverables and keep the project plan up to dates related to project

Requirements:

  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
  • Must have good negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge and experience with robotics, new software product development, engineering and supply chain logistics.
  • Hands on experience in Ms excel, google sheet and Ms word.

Good to Have:

  • Project documentations, project coordination, project planning.
  • Strong Project Management skills with 1-2 years of Experience in startup/fast paced Dynamic Organisations.
  • Proficiency with PM tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira

Eligible candidates:

  • Desired Qualification: bachelor degree or post graduation(engineering background)
  • Work Experience: 1-2 years of work experience in the given field.
