As we continue to scale globally, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Executive to support our commercial team and ensure seamless execution of sales processes.

Roles & Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Coordination
    • Support the Sales and Business Development teams in managing leads, opportunities, and customer accounts.
    • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer, opportunity, and pipeline information.
    • Track sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups across ongoing opportunities.
    • Coordinate internal reviews and approvals required during the sales cycle.
Proposal & Commercial Documentation
    • Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and customer-facing sales documents.
    • Support tender submissions, contracts, purchase orders, and other commercial documentation.
    • Ensure all customer documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within timelines.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information required for customer proposals and discussions.
Reporting & Analytics
    • Generate and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and pipeline trackers.
    • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
    • Maintain records of customer interactions, opportunity status, and sales progress.
    • Support forecasting and business review activities through data management and reporting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations teams to support business objectives.
    • Coordinate customer meetings, follow-ups, and internal discussions.
    • Support marketing initiatives through lead tracking, campaign coordination, and reporting.
    • Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders throughout the sales lifecycle.
Process Excellence
    • Maintain accuracy and completeness of CRM records and sales documentation.
    • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, reporting structures, and operational efficiency.
    • Support implementation of sales best practices and operational standards.

Requirements
Must Have
    • Strong communication and coordination skills
    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
    • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Good to Have
    • Experience in B2B sales environments
    • Exposure to robotics, automation, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or technology industries
    • Familiarity with proposal management, tender documentation, and sales reporting
    • Basic understanding of sales funnels, pipeline management, and business operations

Eligible Candidates
Desired Qualification
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
Work Experience
    • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Coordination, Business Support, Commercial Operations, or similar roles
