As our team and infrastructure continue to grow, we are looking for an IT Admin Executive who can ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations, support employees, and maintain a secure and efficient technology environment.
Role Overview
The IT Admin Executive will be responsible for managing the organization's IT infrastructure, user support, hardware and software administration, network monitoring, and IT asset management. The role requires a hands-on professional who can troubleshoot issues efficiently, maintain system uptime, and support employees across different functions.
Roles & Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure & System Administration
- Manage and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, networking devices, and other IT assets.
- Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, software applications, and security tools.
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functioning of IT infrastructure.
- Maintain user accounts, access permissions, and system credentials.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities including system access, email setup, and device allocation.
Network & Security Management
- Monitor and maintain office network infrastructure including Wi-Fi, LAN, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for network and hardware support.
- Ensure endpoint security, antivirus compliance, and regular system updates.
- Assist in implementing IT security policies and best practices.
- Maintain backup procedures and support disaster recovery processes.
User Support & Helpdesk
- Provide first-level and second-level technical support to employees.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Resolve user tickets within agreed timelines and maintain support records.
- Support meeting room equipment, conferencing tools, and office IT infrastructure.
IT Asset & Vendor Management
- Maintain inventory of IT hardware, software licenses, and accessories.
- Track asset allocation, repairs, warranty status, and replacements.
- Coordinate procurement of IT equipment and software.
- Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and AMC partners.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain IT policies, SOPs, user manuals, and asset records.
- Prepare IT-related reports and dashboards as required.
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT standards and security requirements.
- Support audits related to IT systems, assets, and access controls.
Requirements
Must Have
- Strong understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting and maintenance
- Understanding of networking concepts including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, email administration, and user management
- Knowledge of endpoint security and antivirus solutions
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple support requests and priorities
Good to Have
- Experience with MDM (Mobile Device Management) tools
- Exposure to Linux systems and server administration
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth technology company
- Knowledge of access control systems, CCTV, and office IT infrastructure

Desired Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field
Work Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in IT Administration, System Administration, Desktop Support, or IT Operations
