Electrical & Electronics Sourcing Engineer – Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic sourcing and vendor development for electronic components and EMS partners
- Cost optimization, commercial negotiations, and supplier management
- Manage procurement of ICs, PCBs, power electronics, connectors, and related components
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams for sourcing activities
- Support NPI builds, prototype sourcing, and production ramp-up
- Ensure supplier performance on quality, cost, and delivery
- Maintain procurement documentation and ERP records
Must Have Skills
- Strong understanding of electronic components and EMS ecosystem
- Ability to read schematics, BOMs, and technical drawings
- Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
- Knowledge of global supply markets (China, Taiwan, India, EU, USA)
- ERP proficiency and procurement process understanding
Preferred Experience
- 3–7 years in electronics sourcing/procurement
- Experience in robotics, automation, or electronics manufacturing preferred
