1. Material Receipt: Manage physical receipt of materials and ensure system entries are completed on the same day.
2. Storage and Preservation: Ensure the proper storage and preservation of all materials.
3. Material Issuance: Handle both physical issuance and system updates for materials.
4. ISO Compliance: Ensure all storage and preservation processes comply with ISO procedures.
5. Workplace Maintenance: Maintain 5S standards and a visual workplace within the R&D Store areas.
6. Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with other departments and R&D stakeholders.
7. Inventory Management: Oversee cycle count procedures.
8. Documentation: Forward necessary documents to the Accounts department for payment processing.
9. Store Management: Individually manage all R&D store activities.
