Roles & Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming materials physically and ensure same-day entry in the system.
- Store and preserve materials in an organized and secure manner.
- Issue materials as per requirements, updating both physical stock and system records.
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards and procedures for material storage and preservation.
- Maintain 5S principles and a visually organized workplace in all store areas.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Production, Purchase, Accounts) for smooth store operations.
- Prepare and maintain records of non-moving and slow-moving inventory items.
- Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Forward necessary documents to the accounts team for timely processing of payments.
- Independently manage all store activities, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking and reporting
- Strong communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams and vendors
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of store operations
Good to Have:
Experience with SAP B1 or any other ERP system for inventory and materials management
Eligible Candidates:
- Desired Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification
- Work Experience: 1-3 years
